Last week I participated in the United Nations NGO conference on Climate Change in New York.  Some highlights that impressed me were so inspirational and spiritual that I would like to share them with you to ponder.

• Our earth is the common home to many species.
• Our actions impact this common home that we all share.
• Progress can be measured by the degree of health of all Creation and all species.
• Understand that the resources of our earth are temporary and sacred.

• We are overexerting and moving too fast.
• Try slowing down and nourish your life by looking inward.
• Simplify your life and consume less.
• Earth is a priority and humans are secondary.

Wow, praying for peace in a Yoga class is a big start and using the meditation RA MA DA SA SA SE SOHUNG for healing our Earth was wonderful last Friday for World Peace Day at Golden Bridge Yoga in New York.
