Just last week my husband, Siri VishnuSingh and I were in Espanola, New Mexico for the Thanksgiving holiday. What a treat to be with our two sons, Gurumustuk Singh (on the left), Dharam Singh (on the right), our great country healer daughter in-law, Arjan Kaur (on outside left) and our darling grandchildren Narayan Singh (in front) and Charanjeet Kaur (tucked in middle right). I am so grateful to God for this beautiful family as well as our beautiful extended family consisting of all of you! God bless all of you! Thank you God for this life, this breath and bless all of you to know how grateful I am for your presence in the world.

Because there are so many blessings and challenges for all of us I wanted to remind you. Any moment you feel challenged or depressed, find some things to be grateful for and verbalize them. In fact thank God every day for your food, your health, your clothing, your voice, your health, your hands, your eyes. You will find so many small and large things to be grateful for that God has provided for you. Normally many of us take so much for granted.

This month I would like to alert you to Human Rights Week as given by the United Nations. I have included a link for you to use to use for expanding your awareness of things you can do for bringing awareness to this issue of Human Rights.

Also, I have a meditation for you to "Bring a Sense of Inner Security" to use or to share or teach. (The music for this is on my new CD BLESSINGS OF A WOMAN which will be available 12/08 from majestym@gmail.com, spiritvoyage.com and Satnam Versand in Germany)

Blessings to you with love and gratitude,
~ SatKirin Kaur Khalsa

In the Words of Yogi Bhajan

Relationship is meant to complement and supplement each other. It's a total service trip. I serve you, you serve me. You serve me, I serve you. It's a total relationship. The relativity of this relationship is the coordinating of it. You should know the same security and co-coordinating within your relationship of marriage as with your relationship to Khalsa. People do not understand what a great mental security this is.”
